Roland S. Carlton, Jr., on the right, is the Senior Partner at Carlton Legal Services, PLC. He is a Virginia native and has lived in several locations across Virginia throughout his lifetime. Mr. Carlton has been strongly committed to the practice of bankruptcy law for his 19 year legal career. He attended law school at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Mr. Carlton earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in the Spring of 1992.
David L. Meeks, on the left, was born and raised in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. After graduating from Staunton’s Robert E. Lee High School in 1987, Mr. Meeks attended Randolph-Macon College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in religious studies. After graduating from law school in 2002, Mr. Meeks returned to the Shenandoah Valley where he engaged in the general practice of law, including real estate, domestic relations and consumer bankruptcy, and served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Augusta County from 2005 to 2007. |
